Nature Immersion & Creativity workshop
Nature Immersion & Creative workshop
A workshop of presence, nature and creativity with Sebastian Mullaert
This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with what is already within us; our inherent awareness and creativity. By slowing down, listening and turning our attention inward, we establish a foundation, what Sebastian often refers to as step zero. From this place, we begin to explore our creativity, our inner flows and our relationship to the world. With this reconnection and openness, we allow a workflow that naturally allows our creativity to become a true and genuine manifestation of life.
The workshop takes place in direct connection with nature, in and around Söderåsen National Park, with Villa Söderåsen as our base. Nature is not only the setting, but an active part of the process; supporting and deepening the experience.
The workshop includes:
talks on creativity and workflow
guided meditations
sensorial and somatic practices
group explorations
nature walks, partly in silence
space for questions, reflection and Q&A
We move between individual experience and shared presence, always supported by the natural surroundings.
The workshop begins on Tuesday evening with an introduction including a talk, a guided meditation and a sensorial journey. Wednesday and Thursday are full days in nature where we deepen the work together. On both Tuesday and Wednesday evenings there are optional silent evening walks in the national park.
This workshop is open to anyone who wishes to deepen their connection to presence and creativity, regardless of prior experience.
You can join the workshop only and bring your own lunch, which we will eat outdoors, or book a room at Villa Söderåsen over the weekend. Accommodation includes breakfast, the possibility to buy lunch packs and access to a guest kitchen for those who want to prepare their own dinners. Röstånga has 3 restaurants that you can choose from if you prefer to eat out (depending on opening hours)
The structure is intentionally open and flexible to meet different needs and possibilities.
Warmly welcome to a weekend of remembering what is already here; awareness and the natural flow of creativity and energy.

His approach focuses on helping artists reconnect with their inherent creativity, developing a personal and sustainable relationship to their creative process.
Through both his music and his teaching, Sebastian continues to explore and share a way of working that values presence, deep listening and the unfolding of creativity in its most genuine form.
Sebastian Mullaert lives in Röstånga, right next to Söderåsen National Park, a place that continues to be one of his deepest sources of inspiration for both life and creativity. Together with Åsa, he runs Villa Söderåsen, with the primary intention of welcoming people into nature and creating a space for presence, rest and exploration.
