This online class is both a reunion for those who have previously joined Sebastian’s retreats, online courses or workshops, and an opportunity for those who are new to his work to get a first feeling for the way he teaches, shares and invites creativity.

During these two hours, Sebastian will speak about creativity, presence and workflow, and offer reminders of some of the fundamental perspectives he often returns to in his courses and retreats. There will also be space to ask questions, either by sending them in beforehand or by bringing them up during the class.

Sebastian will also share more about the upcoming activities, courses, workshops and retreats he will be offering during the coming year.

The class is open both to previous participants and to anyone who feels curious to sense whether Sebastian’s work, teaching and creative guidance could be something for them.
